Hello, I'm Carnivore Helix

Come join me and our support family you'll be connected with throughout the rest of your journey as well as mine. I've been a carnivore for 3 years. My carnivore anniversary date is January 4th 2023. I'm not a perfect carnivore, being a strict carnivore is not the goal. The achievement I have already met is to get off and stay off of the prescribed drugs I was on. Carnivore meant that I could have a clear mindset, the weight I thought was there to stay. I was (in 2023) 235 lbs at my heaviest and now (Dec. 2025) I'm 160 lbs - 154 lbs. I'm a single mom to a young man named Wesley, he is 8 years old and is a semi-healthy eater on his own. I can't wait for you to enjoy and feel free to explore the journey that I have created for you, here, on this support page.

Hobbies before Carnivore

  • I was a foodie with my ex best friend, restaurants.
  • Rock n' Roll band bar nights.
  • Ex best friend and I would get large coffee's and go for a long drive and waste gas.
  • Solo long drives.
  • Journaling/writing about pretend friends and romantic rugged cowboy's.
  • Watching sitcoms older than myself (I'm 32).
  • A discord chat that I'd look forward to almost every single night. Sometimes, I do miss them, now I do pray for them. It was great while that lasted. Non of them I regret meeting, and I mean non of them I regret.
  • Video games.
  • Very loud devil like EDM music to drain my thoughts "out". I never took my heads phone out, ever.
  • Never (I'll elaborate, I had moments) a super heavy drinker, my drinks: Gentlemen Jack on the rocks, Tank 7. I stayed away from the sweet drinks. I have to stay away from sweet drinks.

Hobbies because of Carnivore

  • Going for long walks, the most I can get in on a day off is 2 miles - 6 miles a day.
  • Lifting my dumbbells and kettle bells in my room, I get anxious and I have found that to be a great coping mechanism.
  • Listening to podcast about healthy lifestyles. Watching carnivore interviews. Reading the books that my podcast people have and read.
  • Bragging and goobering about my favorite carnivores.
  • Being out in nature and doing landscape photography.
  • Joining live comments sections.
  • Working out, sometimes at the gym.
  • Looking up new exercises.
  • Journaling about my day and goal, ect.
  • Vlogging and blogging.
  • Drawing.
  • Painting.
