Restarting the Lions Diet, 

Started on the lions diet on Jan. 31st. On the 27th I ate yogurt with mixed berries, black berries, blue berries, raspberries. I also ate a small plate of bacon. Neither went well then next day. On the 28th and the 29th I ate the rest of the bacon package I opened. Then I started the lions diet. So that means I am writing this on 3 out of 90 days of the lions diet. I've gotten rid of butter and now just using the beef fat for cooking and snacking. For snacking which is not much now, I'll have a complementary bowl of cold ground beef on my desk. This might not sound appetizing to you but I like the top of my ground beef a little crispy, not burnt. I eat 1 pound of ground beef for my 1 or 2 meals a day. I am no longer doing butter. Neither, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in my water. My goal is beef, salt and water. No matter how much I want to cry about it, I will eventually be getting rid of the hotdogs. Hotdogs don't fill me up like other meats do. My things to live off of for the lions diet: Ground beef (what is ever on sell), chuck roast, and sometimes the once a month steak (if you know what I mean). I'm poor right now, praying for a long time job that'll turn into my career. Any job can turn into a career.
