Hey starting a new topic in the middle of the month it'll be written about at the end of the month on refined fire. Conversation is necessary!! Spread the word!!

On our discord page lets talk about the roller coaster emotions when enduring the first year of carnivore!! Let us vent about that in a healthy way. I'm making a new chat and I'll leave it up for a month. There's no rush for good quaitly healthy conversations. This way I'll be able to check on every ones mental health as well. Here is the time and safe thread to VENT. I'm going to see if I can make it to where I can let you guys still read it but after the time is up we'll have to move to the next topic.
